Meet The Team

Brian is the analyst and gets a kick out of reviewing your methods and procedures to determine the best outcomes. With all the right formal qualifications in Operations Management, Organisation Design, Production and Inventory Control, Brian has an unmentionable number of years of experience in business process improvement. Over 20 years’ of that unmentionable number is experience with Maximizer CRM and Zoho CRM. When he’s not engineering time and cost saving process improvements, he’s either hiking, or putting his improvement skills to work at home by renovating. His favourite toys are his sledgehammer and crowbar (but don’t worry, they stay at home when he’s back at work).

Cyrill is specialised in implementing and customising Zoho and integrated systems, focusing on quality and efficiency. Her attention to detail is second only to her cheerful and helpful can-do attitude. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and IT, majoring in Software Information Systems from the University of Queensland.

Cyrill enjoys getting out and about with friends and family from dining to nature walks and plays a mean game of badminton!

Sandie’s background is originally in advertising, design, and communications. She has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and assists clients to develop and integrate CRM processes, workflows, and user manuals to each business’s specific needs. Sandie has direct experience with a multitude of programs and systems and is practiced in the running of a business, which gives her a unique insight into the issues business owners face with administration processes and integration.

Sandie is a Monty Python fan who enjoys camping with family & friends and reading.

Yasiru is our Lead Software developer. He is a gun at building custom programs and application solutions for Zoho and Maximizer enabling our team to really customise your business systems to exactly how you want them.
Yasiru spends his spare time travelling (when it’s allowed) and whiskey tasting.

Richard has been assisting companies implement Zoho systems for nearly a decade. He has both a commerce and law degree and 25 years of experience in New Zealand and the UK in the corporate sector. He understands the systems required to run a modern business and the processes needed to upgrade these systems. He prides himself on learning every aspect of a client’s business so that he can better assist in mapping Zoho systems to suit the client’s business needs.

Richard enjoys electric RC cars.

Gursimar specialises in programming and coding systems. Customising CRM systems to suit individual business requirements and integrating third party extensions, apps, webpages, CRM and/or accounting systems. His attention to detail is second to none.

Gursimar is a Tik Tok king who loves to bungy jump and participate in extreme sports.
